Developer Documentation Access & Terms of Use
To protect TLRD.AI's intellectual property and prevent automated scraping or unauthorized duplication, access to the Developer Portal, OpenAPI 3.1 specifications, and System Architecture blueprints requires verified contact information, clickwrap acceptance of our Terms of Use, and a 6-digit email verification code.
API & Documentation Terms of Use
Version 1.01. Proprietary Ownership & Trade Secret Protection
All API reference documentation, OpenAPI schemas, system architecture specifications, multi-model AI tailoring pipelines, bespoke tailor persona architectures, credit escrow mechanisms, and accompanying technical diagrams ("Protected Documentation") are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property and confidential trade secrets of TLRD.AI.
2. Strict Prohibition on Duplication & Competitive Cloning
By accessing the Protected Documentation, you expressly agree that you and your organization shall NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, or redistribute any portion of the Protected Documentation or PDF specifications without prior written authorization from TLRD.AI;
- Use the Protected Documentation, API designs, or architectural blueprints to design, build, train, or benchmark a competing resume tailoring, career vault, or AI interview product;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying prompt engineering, scoring heuristics, or security thresholds.
3. Anti-Scraping & Automated Harvesting Ban
Automated access, web scraping, headless browser crawling, bulk downloading, or programmatic harvesting
of any /docs*, /api/v1/*docs*, or openapi.json endpoint is strictly
prohibited. Violators are subject to immediate IP/identity revocation and legal remedies.
4. Prohibition on AI / LLM Training & RAG Ingestion
You may not ingest, index, or submit the Protected Documentation or its architectural specifications into any large language model (LLM), foundation model training dataset, fine-tuning pipeline, or external retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) corpus.
5. Identity Binding, Audit Logging & Revocation
Access is granted strictly for your declared Intended Use Case and is cryptographically bound to your verified email address, organization, role, IP address, and timestamp. TLRD.AI reserves the right to revoke documentation access at any time.
